These Terms govern access to and use of services provided by Arvind Khandelwal, including assessments, diagnostic sessions, and structural intervention engagements.
By using this website or engaging services, you agree to these Terms
1. Nature of Services
Services provided under The Compression to Coherence Model™ constitute structural advisory intervention focused on leadership architecture under expansion pressure.
Services are not:
• Psychotherapy
• Psychological treatment
• Medical advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advisory
• Business execution consulting
No therapeutic or clinical services are provided.
2. No Guarantees
Structural intervention addresses internal leadership architecture.
No guarantees are made regarding:
• Financial outcomes
• Revenue growth
• Business success
• Market performance
• Organizational results
Outcomes depend on numerous external variables beyond advisory scope.
3. Diagnostic Session
Structural Diagnostic Sessions are paid engagements.
Fees for diagnostic sessions are non-refundable.
If the client proceeds into a Structural Coherence Retainer within seven (7) days, the diagnostic fee may be credited toward the first month’s retainer at sole discretion.
4. Retainer Engagement
Structural Coherence Retainers:
• Are milestone-based
• Require minimum commitment (as agreed in writing)
• Continue until structural coherence validation
• Are billed monthly in advance
Fees are non-refundable once engagement period begins
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Business decisions
• Legal compliance
• Financial decisions
• Health and medical care
Structural advisory does not replace professional services in these domains.
6. Confidentiality
All sessions and written summaries are confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Sessions are not recorded.
7. International Clients
Clients are responsible for compliance with local regulations applicable to advisory services.
This practice operates as an independent structural advisory service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement period.
Under no circumstances shall indirect or consequential damages be claimed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
